Return & Exchange Policy

At BFU Emporium, every piece is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions.

Exchange Request Period
Customers have up to 5 calendar days after receiving their order to request an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange request, please email us at beautyforus756@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• A short explanation of the reason for the exchange

Photos allow us to review and evaluate the request before approving the exchange. Please note that we only make exchanges for defective or damaged pieces.

Item Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include its original packaging

Once the request is approved, the customer will be responsible for returning the itemand will absorb the shipping cost.

Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued that can be used towards a future purchase.

Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of custom work, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or Custom pieces

  • Items on sale
