Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high demand periods or special launches, processing time may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information. Orders of $50 or more will enjoy free shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the postal service, but most orders within the United States arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If you experience a shipping issue, we will gladly assist you in reviewing the possible causes of the delay.
